Inside Sales Executive

We are seeking Inside Sales Executive who will  be responsible for making direct calls to potential clients, with the goal of scheduling demo calls for our growth executive. This role requires a high level of communication skills, persistence, and the ability to connect with prospects to uncover their needs and present our solutions effectively.


In the course of working with Prospus in this position, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Kaamfu’s SaaS products.
  • Qualify leads and schedule demo calls with the growth executive.
  • Conduct research to identify potential prospects and key decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with prospects to ensure they have all the necessary information.
  • Work closely with the Growth Executive to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for calls and demo appointments.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

You should have the following skills:

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Active listening skills to understand customer needs.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues. Strong team collaboration skills.

Negotiation Skills: Effective negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals. Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.

Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation. Commitment to understanding and fulfilling customer needs.

Goal Driven: Self-motivated with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Persistent and determined in pursuing sales opportunities.



You should have the following experience:

Sales: Proven experience as an Inside Sales Executive or similar sales/customer service role. Experience in selling SaaS products or services over the phone, email, or online platforms.

Industry: Familiarity with work management tools like ClickUp, Jira, Monday, and Trello, or with the market in which the company operates. Understanding of sales techniques and strategies.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales processes. Experience in maintaining accurate and updated records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.

Sales Techniques: Experience in outbound calling, lead generation, and prospecting.Knowledge of sales principles, methods, and techniques.
