Sales Automation Expert (Email)

We are seeking a Lead Generation Expert to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing and executing effective email outreach campaigns to generate and qualify leads for our sales team. You should have a proven track record in email marketing, lead generation, and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel.


In the course of working with Prospus in this position, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive email outreach strategies to identify and generate qualified leads.
  • Craft engaging and personalised email messages that resonate with potential customers and encourage response.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and key decision-makers within potential client organisations.
  • Maintain and manage a robust lead database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of contact information.
  • Utilize email marketing tools and CRM systems to track and analyze the performance of email campaigns.
  • Follow up on initial email contacts and nurture relationships with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads and provide insights for further engagement.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine and improve lead generation strategies.
  • Report on key metrics and campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize outreach efforts.

You should have the following skills

  • Email Marketing Tools: Proficiency with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools.
  • CRM Systems: Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot CRM.
  • Email Automation: Knowledge of setting up and managing email automation workflows.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze email campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics or built-in analytics within email platforms.
  • A/B Testing: Skills in conducting A/B tests to optimize email content, subject lines, and send times.
  • Data Management: Skills in handling and organizing large datasets, and familiarity with data protection regulations like GDPR.
  • Lead Scoring and Segmentation: Expertise in segmenting email lists and scoring leads to prioritize follow-ups.

You should have the following experience:

  • You must have lead a team of email marketers, overseeing strategy, execution, and performance.
  • You must have overseen the lead generation efforts across multiple channels, with a focus on email outreach.
  • You must have designed and implement complex, multi-stage email campaigns targeting different stages of the customer journey.
  • You must have at least 10 years of experience in the domain.
