The Senior Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for independently generating high-quality leads and setting up appointments with prospective clients for mid to high-value contracts, focusing on website building services for North America. This role is pivotal to Prospus Consulting’s growth in the region, demanding a strategic and proactive approach in prospecting, client engagement, and lead conversion.
- Strategic Task Execution: Identify and pursue leads that align with Prospus’s broader goals, driving targeted outreach for website development services.
- Lead Generation: Utilize various digital channels to independently find and qualify leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings with qualified leads, ensuring smooth handover to relevant team members for project discussions and contract finalization.
- Marketing: Actively promote Prospus's services, engaging prospective clients through direct outreach, email campaigns, and other online marketing techniques, leveraging skills in PPC, SEO, content marketing, social media, and analytics.
- Project Management: Oversee the lead-to-meeting process, track engagement metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize lead conversion.
- Mentoring Junior Staff: Guide and support less experienced colleagues in the lead generation process as needed.
- Advanced Problem-Solving: Tackle complex client objections, refining messaging and strategies for optimal outreach results.
- Optimize Efforts with Tools: Utilize time-saving tools to enhance digital marketing strategies
- Deliver Quality Reports: Prepare and deliver high-quality reports to your supervisor, ensuring clarity and actionable insights
- Experience required: Minimum 5 - 8 years.
- Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales development for the North American market.
- Familiarity with website development services and the ability to convey Prospus’s offerings effectively.
- Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to independently manage lead generation campaigns.
- Proficiency with CRM and lead management tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a proactive, goal-oriented approach.
- Advanced Technical Skills: Mastery of lead generation tools, CRMs, and digital outreach platforms.
- Project Management: Ability to lead complex lead generation initiatives from planning through execution.
- Mentorship: Willingness and ability to mentor junior team members in lead generation best practices.
