We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to support our company's growth and success. This role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Responsibilities

In the course of working with Prospus in this position, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Create and post job descriptions on various platforms.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and technical interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired qualifications.
  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by being responsive and informative.
  • Coordinate technical assessments and evaluate results.
  • Provide recommendations to hiring managers based on assessment outcomes.
  • Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
  • Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities.
  • Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvement.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Skills

  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of technology stacks, programming languages, and technical roles. Ability to understand and communicate technical job requirements effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Sourcing and Networking: Proficiency in using various sourcing tools (LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, etc.). Strong networking skills to connect with potential candidates.
  • Assessment Skills: Ability to assess technical skills through screening and interviewing.Familiarity with technical assessment tools and platforms.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate job offers and manage candidate expectations.
Experience

You must have the following experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in technical recruitment or a related field.
  • Experience working with startups or tech companies is highly desirable.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Proven track record of filling technical positions successfully.
