Where to Find the Screen Capture Tools #
Kaamfu’s screen capturing options are conveniently located above the Activity Queue icon. You’ll see two tools:

- Select Screenshot

The Kaamfu Screenshot tool allows you to capture screens directly within the Kaamfu platform. It’s user-friendly and equipped with powerful editing features to enhance productivity and communication.
How to Use Kaamfu Screenshot #
- Initiate the Screenshot
Click on the Kaamfu Screenshot icon. - Grant Access
Your browser will request access to capture the Kaamfu workspace. Click ‘Allow’ to grant permission. The current page will be captured instantly.
Select Screenshot #
The Select Screenshot tool expands your capturing capabilities beyond Kaamfu. It’s perfect for multitasking and cross-platform use, allowing you to capture content from different browser tabs, other applications, or even your entire screen.
How to Use Select Screenshot #
- Initiate the Capture
Click on the Select Screenshot icon. - Choose the Source
A pop-up window will let you select one of three options:- a specific browser tab
- a running application
- the entire screen
Editing Options #
Kaamfu’s editing tools make it easy to annotate and enhance your screen captures. These include:
- Select: Move or adjust elements.
- Draw: Freehand drawing.
- Type: Add text.
- Line, Arrow, Measure: For precise annotations.
- Rectangle Box: Highlight areas.
- Hide Box: Blur sensitive information.

- Caption: Add descriptive text.
Additional Tools #
On the top-left corner of the editor, you’ll find:
- Undo: Revert the last action.
- Redo: Restore the last undone action.

- Use the down-arrow icon to select the conversation where you’d like to share the capture.
- Click the tick icon to send it.
