We’re thrilled to have you join Kaamfu, your all-in-one work management platform. Setting up your account is straightforward and quick. This guide will walk you through all the steps needed to get started on your journey with us.
Steps to Sign-up on Kaamfu #
To begin using Kaamfu, you need an invitation to sign up on the platform. Follow the step-by-step instructions below to complete the process.
Step 1: Click the invite link #
Check your inbox for an invitation email from Kaamfu. This email contains a unique invitation link. Click on the link to initiate your sign-up process.
Step 2: Enter your details #
On the sign-up page, navigate to the Sign-Up tab and enter your email address. Create a secure password, then click Sign-Up to proceed.
Step 3: Verify your email address #
After submitting your details, a verification code will be sent to your email. Locate this email in your inbox, copy the code, and paste it into the verification field on the sign-up page. Click Verify to continue.
Step 4: Getting Started Process #
Once verified, you will be redirected to the Getting Started page. Follow the steps outlined below to set up your account.
Step 4.1 – Create a Personal Profile #
Fill in the required information here, and upload an image for your profile picture. Once completed, click Next.
Step 4.2 – Accept the invitation #
You’re now on the next step, as highlighted on the left-hand panel. Click Accept Invitation.
Step 4.3 – Install Kaamfu Workstation Connect #
Now it’s time to install Kaamfu’s time-tracking application, Workstation Connect.
To do this:
- Click Download to obtain the setup file.
- After downloading, double-click the setup file on your computer to begin the installation process.
Note: If prompted to allow your system to run the application, click More Information and then select Run Anyway.
Step 5 – Log-in to Kaamfu Workstation Connect #
Once installed, the Kaamfu Workstation Connect application will open. Select your organization from the dropdown menu.
A work agreement window will appear. Check the box to accept the terms, then click Yes, Proceed. You are now logged into the Workstation Connect application, which will automatically start tracking your work.
Step 6: Click Let’s Go on the Getting Started page #
A pop-up window will appear. Click Okay to confirm.
You will then be redirected to the Kaamfu Web Application, where you can work on assigned tasks, collaborate with team members, and track your productivity.
