How Contextual Chat Works? #
Create department-specific Spaces and project-specific Boards, each having a conversation associated with it. Even task-based items in the Items sub-panel have dedicated conversations, so all chats related to a subject will stay in one place.
To access the conversation of any item in the Work Panel, simply hover your mouse over it, and look for the Conversation option. Clicking on the little Conversation icon will take you to the chat box of the item. Here is a demonstration of how to find and use Kaamfu’s contextual chat box.
