Welcome to Kaamfu! We’re excited to have you join Kaamfu – your all-in-one work management platform. Setting up your account is super simple and quick. This guide will walk you through all the steps required to get started with your journey here.
Step 1: Click the invite link #
Look for an invitation email from our team in your inbox. This email includes an exclusive invitation link. Click this link to start your sign-up process.
Step 2: Enter your details #
Once you’re directed to the sign-up page, go to the Sign-up tab and fill in your email address. Set a password and then click Sign-up.
Step 3: Verify your email address #
After submitting your information, a verification code is sent to you via email. Open this mail to locate the code and enter it in this pop-up window on the Sign-up page. Click Verify.
Step 4: Getting Started Process #
When the verification is complete, you will be redirected to the Getting Started page where you need to follow the highlighted steps.
Step 4.1 – Create a Personal Profile #
Fill in the required information in the form. You will also need to upload an image for your profile picture. Once these details have been entered, click Next.
Step 4.2 – Accept the invitation #
You’re now on the second step of Getting Started, as highlighted on the left side. You’ve been invited to join Kaamfu. To confirm this, click Accept Invitation.
Step 4.3 – Install Kaamfu Workstation Connect #
The next step is to install Kaamfu’s time tracking application – Workstation Connect.
For this follow the below steps –
- Click Download to get the setup file.
- Once downloaded, double click on the setup file in your computer to install the application.
Note: You may be alerted to allow your system to run this application. Click on More Information and then click Run Anyway.
Step 5 – Log-in to Kaamfu Workstation Connect #
The Kaamfu Workstation Connect application is now installed on your computer and will open up. Click on the drop-down and select Kaamfu.
A work agreement window will open. Click on the little check box and then click Yes, Proceed. You have now logged in the Workstation Connect application which will start time tracking your work.
Step 6: Click Let’s Go on the Getting Started page #
A pop-up window will open. Click Okay.
This will redirect you to the Kaamfu Web Application, as seen below.
This is where you will create your workspace, replicate your company’s departments, invite your team, and assign tasks.
